All items are custom made to exact sizing specifically for you. For all pieces please allow 2-4 weeks for your item(s) to be shipped. 

Shipping

Orders are dispatched same day after processing. Once your order has been dispatched, we estimate that it will take 3-4 working days for standard delivery. We do offer express shipping!

Refund

Knotty pieces are made to a high quality true to size feature, Therefore items cannot be canceled, returned and or exchanged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or changed unless an incorrect address was provided and changed BEFORE a shipping label is created. Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with an order.
